The IFAF Flag Football World Championship runs in Düsseldorf from 13 to 16 August. American Samoa is in Group A, drawn against the top-ranked United States, Australia and Israel. Olympic quota places for LA28 are on the line.

American Samoa travelled to the Fenghua Sports Center for the regional championship. It was the qualifying route to a first world championship.
